NOTE: Except for the 4 O'reilly Super series races, you must be a member of the assocition to receive the money and points at GMSA sanctioned races. In an effort to make an exciting upcoming season more exciting, we are announcing the O'REILLY SUPER SERIES, a 4 race series 2 at Talladega and 2 at Moulton Speedway. These races are being put on in conjuction with UMSA and will pay $750 to win and $75 to start. Points will also count for members of the GMSA. There will be separate points for the 4 races for the Super Series and will pay the top 3 in points for those 4 races as follows 1st-$1250 2nd-$750 3rd-$500. These 4 races will be run under UMSA rules. I encourage all our guys to make these races as it will only help us with our car count during the season. We have the opportunity to race at Sugar Creek Speedway in Blueridge. However they race on Friday nights. I'm trying to put together a Friday night and Saturday night race at Sugar Creek and a track 45 minutes up the road in Murphy ,North Carolina . I will only take these shows for $2000.00 a show but we will have to have at least 15 cars. We had a good race at Talladega Saturday night. After several incedents in the first heat the racing use good with several guys having a really good night. Bob Trapino and Bunky Hund having good runs with Bob Trapino finishing a season best fourth place and Bunky finishing 8th.
